1. Basically no fighting amongst each others herds in the land, nor for higher positions.
2. No sneaking from other stallions in this land, or you will be punished.
Punished meaning surrendering a mare to the one who is the victim and if stealing from another, the mare you stole. If a repeat offender, exiled from the land and your herd taken from you.
